Processing Time
Orders typically require 1-2 business days to pack and ship after checkout. During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Incorrect payment details or incomplete addresses can delay fulfillment by an additional 3-5 business days while our team verifies and corrects the information.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
* CELLUCARE cannot guarantee carrier delivery windows once an order leaves our facility. Processing requires 1-2 business days before handoff, and carrier transit estimates are outside our direct control.
Domestic Delivery & Standard Transit Time
Transit time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimates exclude weekends and federal holidays and are provided by carrier networks.
CELLUCARE is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including supply shortages, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, or severe weather.
Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If you refuse delivery, original shipping fees may be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected at our fulfillment center.
UPS is our primary domestic carrier. We cannot guarantee replacement of packages lost or stolen after carrier handoff. For transit delays, contact cellucaresite.com support with your tracking details. CELLUCARE is not liable for loss, theft, or delay once a package enters carrier custody.
Order Cancellation Protocol
Rigid 24-Hour Cancellation Window:
Orders enter automated fulfillment quickly after purchase. Cancellations are accepted only if you contact support within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, cancellation is not available. You may refuse delivery and notify cellucaresite.com, or return the package per our return policy with a valid tracking number.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Buyers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout. Address changes may not be possible once an order enters processing. Verify zip codes and unit numbers carefully. We are not responsible for misdeliveries caused by incorrect buyer-supplied addresses. If a shipment is already dispatched, you must wait for a possible return to our warehouse before a refund can be evaluated.
Delivery Verification Disclaimer
If carrier tracking shows successful delivery to the address on your order, CELLUCARE cannot issue a refund for claims of non-receipt. If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate the package, contact the carrier immediately for local investigation.
Returns & Logistics Package Matching
To qualify for a full refund, return all bottles—empty, full, or partial, including bonus or promotional bottles—within sixty (60) days of your original purchase date.
You must include a written or printed note inside the box specifying the following item tags:
- Your exact Order ID (Found clearly inside your email receipt invoice)
- Your Full Name, and the Full Address where the shipment was received
- Your Active Email Address and Phone Number
- Your original packaging slip (If available)

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Include a valid tracking number with your return. Missing tracking may delay or void refund processing. After inspection, approved refunds typically post to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
