Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return the product and request a refund. Returns apply to products purchased through cellucaresite.com as outlined below:
Step-by-Step Return Instructions:
- Request return authorization within 60 days of purchase by contacting support@cellucaresite.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Include the RMA number with your returned shipment.
- After shipping your return, email us the RMA and tracking number so we can monitor delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Ship the product to the address provided with your RMA within 14 days of receiving authorization.
Returned products must be in acceptable physical condition and include all accessories originally shipped with your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following item types are generally not eligible for standard returns:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital software products
- Select health and personal care items
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return. Please do not send products directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may apply in these situations:
- Opened media or software items showing obvious use.
- Items not in original condition or missing components for reasons unrelated to our error.
- Returns submitted more than 60 days after the original purchase date.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email confirmation of receipt and notify you whether your refund is approved or declined.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items qualify for full refunds. Discounted or promotional sale items may be excluded from standard refund processing.
Exchanges
We replace items only when they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, email support@cellucaresite.com for return instructions. Exchanges are not available beyond 60 days from delivery.
Gifts
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value once the item is received and approved.
If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, any approved refund will be issued to the original buyer.
